The Board of Directors had formed a Landscape Committee to monitor and provide input to the Board of Directors regarding the maintenance needed in the non-owned Landscaped Maintenance and Association Owned Common Areas.

The purpose of the Landscape Committee is a) to review and monitor landscaping, irrigation, and other maintenance needed in the non-owned Landscaped Maintenance Areas and Association Owned Common Areas as contained in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the University Ridge Homeowners Association, and b) to assist the Board of Directors in determining improvements in the non-owned Landscaped Maintenance Areas and Association Owned Common Areas for the purpose of preserving and enhancing these areas.

The Landscape Committee shall be responsible for a) regular monitoring of the landscaping services performed by our landscaping contractor, b) providing regular feedback to the Board of Directors on the status of landscaping in the non-owned Landscape Maintenance Areas and Association Owned Common Areas, and c) providing recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding regular landscaping (including plant removal and replacement), repair, maintenance, and the costs and financing alternatives associated with the required services.
